During promotional events, public holidays or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Selected products may also be available for international shipping where permitted.

Some products may be classified as dangerous goods and cannot be shipped internationally due to courier regulations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any applicable rural delivery charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery time is the responsibility of the courier provider.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.

NZ Nail Academy and Vamp Nail & Beauty are not responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel requires re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the courier company to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Authority to Leave

If you provide authority for your parcel to be left without a signature, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once delivery has been completed.

NZ Nail Academy and Vamp Nail & Beauty cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or stolen after delivery.
