Course Access

Access to your online course is provided immediately following successful enrolment and payment.

Your course includes 12 months of access from the date of enrolment.

Digital Products

As online courses are digital products with immediate access, all course purchases are non-refundable.

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Student Support

Your enrolment includes access to student support, private student communities (where applicable), and course updates included within your enrolment period.

Certificates

Certificates are issued once all course requirements have been successfully completed.

Some courses require practical photo assessments before certification can be awarded.

Intellectual Property

All course videos, workbooks, downloadable resources, photographs and learning materials remain the intellectual property of NZ Nail Academy.

Course materials must not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed or uploaded to any third-party platform without written permission.

Your enrolment provides a licence for individual personal use only.

Account Sharing

Online course access is for the enrolled student only.

Sharing login details or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.

Accounts found to be shared may be suspended without refund.

Technology

Students are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access and compatible devices to access the course.

NZ Nail Academy is not responsible for technical issues outside of our control.

Course Updates

We continually improve and update our course content.

Course materials may be updated, revised or expanded at any time to ensure students receive the most current information available.
