Payment FAQs

Can I pay my weekly plan off early?
Yes. You can request to pay the remaining programme balance at any time.

What happens if a weekly payment fails?
We'll contact you and give you an opportunity to resolve the payment. Course access or future module releases may be temporarily paused while payments remain outstanding.

Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Study Now, Pay Weekly spreads the cost of purchasing the programme; it isn't a cancel-anytime subscription. Your payment obligations are governed by the Online Academy Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer law.

Are the weekly payments more expensive than paying upfront?
For selected programmes, yes. The total weekly-payment price may be higher than the upfront programme price to reflect the additional payment processing and administration involved. 

Are Student Success Kits included?
No. Physical kits are optional and purchased separately unless a particular programme expressly says otherwise.

Who processes the weekly payments?
Payments are securely processed through your approved payment provider. We can insert GoCardless here once you've made the final decision and the programme is live.
