At NZ Nail Academy and Vamp Nail & Beauty, we pride ourselves on supplying high-quality professional nail products. If you experience a problem with your order, we're here to help.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Please choose your products carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you believe your product is faulty, damaged, or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Before any return can be accepted, you must first contact our customer service team so we can assess the issue and provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Where possible, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos showing the fault or damage

This allows us to assess the problem as quickly as possible.

Return Approval

Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• Replace the product
• Repair the product (where applicable)
• Provide a store credit
• Issue a refund

This will be determined in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Incorrect Orders

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

We will arrange for the correct item to be sent as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

If a product is confirmed to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, NZ Nail Academy / Vamp Nail & Beauty will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

If the product is found not to be faulty, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Many of our products are intended for professional nail technicians.

NZ Nail Academy and Vamp Nail & Beauty are not responsible for incorrect application techniques, improper product use, incompatible product combinations, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
