NZNA – In-Person Course Terms & Conditions
Enrolment & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in an NZ Nail Academy course.
Your enrolment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
As class sizes are limited, your place is reserved exclusively for you once your deposit has been paid.
Course Fees
The remaining course balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the course commencement date.
Students paying via Afterpay, Zip or an approved payment plan must ensure all payments have been completed before attending the course.
Failure to pay your remaining balance by the due date may result in your enrolment being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Should you choose to cancel your enrolment, your deposit will not be refunded as it covers administration, course preparation, reserved training space and immediate access to any included online learning materials.
If cancellation occurs after your final payment has been made, refunds will not be provided unless otherwise required under New Zealand consumer law.
Course Transfers
If you are unable to attend your scheduled course due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
At NZ Nail Academy's discretion, we may allow your booking to be transferred to another available course date where sufficient notice has been provided.
Transfer requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy

As class numbers are limited, your place is reserved exclusively for you, and preparations begin immediately following your enrolment.
If you choose to cancel your enrolment, your deposit will not be refunded.
The remaining course balance is due 7 days prior to your course commencement date.
If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled course, the full course fee remains payable unless NZ Nail Academy is able to fill your reserved place with another student.
If we are able to fill your place, we may, at our discretion, transfer your enrolment to another available course date or provide a partial refund less the non-refundable deposit.
Students who fail to attend their scheduled course without prior notice ("No Show") will forfeit all monies paid.
Any request to transfer to another course date must be submitted before the final payment due date and is subject to availability and NZ Nail Academy's approval.
Online Learning Access
Many of our in-person courses include access to online learning materials.
Access to online courses is granted immediately after enrolment and is considered a digital product.
Once access has been provided, this portion of your enrolment is non-refundable.
Course Kits
Where a course includes a product kit, kits are prepared specifically for your enrolment.
Unused kits cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Course Changes
NZ Nail Academy reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, minimum enrolment numbers or educator availability.
Should this occur, students will be offered an alternative course date or a full refund of any monies paid to NZ Nail Academy.
Student Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, supportive and professional learning environment.
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards educators and fellow students throughout the duration of the course.
NZ Nail Academy reserves the right to remove any student whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
Photography & Marketing
Photographs and videos may be taken during training for educational and promotional purposes.
Please advise your educator prior to the course if you do not wish to appear in any marketing material.
Agreement
By paying your deposit or course fees, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
